This project outlines the design steps of a portrait illustration of Nickola Tesla and implements it in a poster and exhibit display. I began by making a gray scale to use as fills for areas I blocked out in Illustrator. After the shades were complete, I started to experiment with color and using some of Tesla’s inventions and writings in the background. The final design is a poster of Tesla and his inventions that is implemented in a museum display.
